Shipping policy

We will always ship to shipping address that provided by PayPal system only, except special notes from buyers. NEU Skin gladly accepts orders from outside Hong Kong. We use Hong Kong Post as our delivery company. Please note that we DO NOT DELIVER to A.P.O. Box (USA), P.O. Boxes and hotels. Below is the summary of shipping rates per order:

For deliveries to Hong Kong

For orders in Hong Kong, local courier service will be used for delivery. Below is the summary of shipping rates per order:

* Since order deliver outside Guangdong province or cities may take a relatively long time, the delivery time may take up to 12 days.

In accordance with the requirements of Civil Aviation Administration of China, all dangerous articles such as lithium batteries are not admissible for posting by air mail, while cosmetic products in liquid state, powder or compressed gas will possibly fail in airport security check as well. As NEU Skin.com must abide by the guidance, order which failed in aviation security check will be delivered by using “Economy Express” service subsequently and therefore may subject to a certain delay on logistic re-arrangement.

Since China Customs imposed a tighter postal security measures, parcel may be selected for customs clearance randomly and therefore subject to a certain delay on delivery time.

If order returned to us due to customer refuse to pay tax or unable to proceed import trade declarations, customer will be responsible for the returned shipping fee, resend shipping fee and /or 15% re-stocking fee for order cancellation.

^##Since some of European countries including, but not limit to, UK, France, Germany and Spain may take relatively long time for custom clearance or import inspections, and additional time is consumed for some remote areas, the delivery time may therefore take up to 3-4 weeks.

^#For Standard Shipping, no single order can exceed 2 kg. If your order is over that, we will automatically separate them into several orders to meet the weight requirement. You will also be notified all the tracking numbers by email.

Delivery time

Order will be proceeding by within 5 business day and dispatched on the following day while payment is verified. However, since order processing cut-off time at 4p.m. daily for logistic arrangement purposed, and therefore payment verified beyond cut-off time will be proceeded by next business day afterwards. Please note that NEU Skin business hours from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (HKT GMT +8 / excluding public holidays).

NEU Skin strive to provide efficiency and soonest delivery service to customer but while delivery time may vary from delivery country and shipping method selected, customs issues, logistic arrangements, weather and seasonal holiday (i.e. Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter). NEU Skin has no control over and not able to responsible for any delays. For more details, please kindly visit “Customs and tax” and “Shipping and return policy”.

Since some of the Customs in the European countries (For instance, UK, France, Germany and Spain) may take a relatively long time for customs clearance and inspections up to 3-4 weeks. Should you encounter any difficulties, please “contact us” for assistance.

Return policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so we offer a massive fourteen days return policy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied we will gladly accept the item back. All we ask is that it is in the same condition as it was when you received it, unused and in the original packaging. Please contact us before returning any items. Please note we can only accept items back if they are completely unused and unopened. Every item is thoroughly checked before shipping. However in the unlikely event there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us so we can arrange the return and either replacement or refund 14 days Warranty with Exchange for defective, malfunctioned, incorrect or parts-missing items.

– Please notify us and simply return the items with all parts and accessories packed and marked “FOR EXCHANGE” within 14 days of receipt.
– If defective, malfunctioned or parts-missing items are no longer available, a refund may be issued.
– Refunds are not generally issued. Special situations are examined on a case to case basis.
– In most circumstances, Shipping and Handling fee is non-refundable.
– All returning postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyers under all circumstances.
– Return items should include the original packaging and accessories.
